APPLIED ENGINEERING
Our engineering and design department works constantly to improve our products and their peripherals. The use of modern and efficient computer tools (CAD, CAE and CAM) leads to an optimized development adapted to each need, always in line with manufacturing standards.
On the digital side we also draw up plans, renders, photo-realism, complete 3D mock-ups of plants, etc.
TURNKEY PLANTS
JAW CRUSHER
Our heavy-duty series of jaw crushers offer robustness and durability. They are secured by a modular interlocking and screwed joint not subject to the forces on a welded joint.
Our jaw crusher improves on previous levels of productivity and reliability, particularly in conditions of extreme operations and with hard and abrasive materials. It also offers a wide range of tailored adaptation and flexibility, both in settings and installation.
The jaws, which are both reversible and interchangeable, also ensure real savings throughout their operating life. It is an extensive range that satisfies the needs of both mobile and fixed applications.
Currently all the jaw crushers offered are supplied with a hydraulic drive, and a crushing ratio of 1:8. Some models may be supplied in the Fully Hydraulic Release & Rearmed system, which in addition to the above allows the crusher to let uncrushable materials pass through while it continues operating without the need to stop and restart it.
FEEDERS
There are a number of types of feeders, depending on the installation in which they will be implemented.
The choice of feeder and its size is determined by a prior study, taking into account the general conditions, materials to be processed, flow rate and customer requirements. The result is a tailored feed system designed and adapted to each need, with the guarantee of using the right model for each facility, always maintaining the standard operating systems, manufacturing quality and finishing.
VIBRATING SCREEN
To obtain the required sizes, the screening system has to be adapted to each need. To do so, we have a large variety of models and complements to equip each of them: suspension by springs with various features and limitation of tremors, or the ROSTA system of proven durability; drive via the belt pulley system or directly by a driveshaft and frequency changer; reduction of risk due to stainless steel diffusors with a blockage-resistant inlet; and a wide range of spray pressures and angles.
For other facilities, we have all kinds of metal meshes in stainless steel and spring steel, hot vulcanized rubber with perforated steel plate sand polyurethane structure of different levels of hardness.
Our screens are designed and manufactured taking into account the tough environmental working conditions. You can also incorporate a risk system.
TROMMEL SCREEN
A correct screening is achieved by a prior study of the process that takes into account the general material conditions to be addressed and the customer’s requirements. The result is the construction of a tailored trommel screen designed and adapted specifically for each need, with the assurance that the right model is used for each facility, always maintaining the standard operating systems, manufacturing quality and finishing.
The facilities in which a drum screen can be used are very varied, so its design must be adapted to them. The abrasiveness, specific weight and granulometry of the material to be processed, together with the desired production, are all key when it comes to dimensioning a sizing ferrule . Both the general size and plate thickness, profile size, coatings, etc. are taken into account
The various mechanical elements that make up the equipment are of first-class quality and design. Support wheels are coated in different materials and hardness (e.g. polyurethane), elastic coupling, coaxial gearboxes, axle limitation wheel, etc.
WASHING TROMMEL
One of a number of elements that maintain the correct feed of the material to be washed, prevent leaks and ensure its smooth movement.
The correct operation of a washing trommel depends on a good preventive maintenance policy. This is done by providing removable covers for inspection and access to each mechanical element and wear part.
The different mechanical elements that make up the equipment are of the highest quality and design: pneumatic wheels for support and transmission, belt pulleys, elastic couplings, gearboxes, etc.
Each area in contact with the material to be washed has a coating with interchangeable thickness, materials and hardness to be defined according to the material in question. It may be anti-wear steel, polyurethane, rubber, etc.
The washing process ends with the use of a trommel. This may simply rinse the material, or rinse and also classify it, through two screening modules. The modules are interchangeable and are composed of a base of steel lined with an anti-wear material adapted to its application.
BUCKET WHEEL
The material enters from the same sector where it is later emptied. This means the material to be washed must remain submerged for more time in the bucket. The clay is removed, and it is later flushed through chutes to a common conduit.
As a result, the systems with a laminar clarifier retain particles of more than 75 microns. In many cases, this avoids later hydrocyclonation.
The buckets are adapted to all kinds of materials. The covering is anti-wear and the mechanical components are robust, thus ensuring greater durability and lower maintenance.
