MOBILE PLANTS
These complete compact plants can include the following:
Reception hopper, reception feeder (with or without integrated or independent screening), lateral conveyor belt, crusher (jaw crusher)/vibrating screener/sieve, magnetic metal separator (on belt), dust suppression system, track-mounted compact body, remote radio control
Most of these components are activated hydraulically, which offers a number of advantages, such as providing a range of pressure variation, and thus speed.
Because the plants are mobile, they can be used in a variety of different ways during their working life. In fact, the versatility of our machines is a major advantage compared with similar machines available elsewhere on the market.
They are fully autonomous, as they have their own motor on a track-mounted body: in other words, they are self-propelled machines, moving on a continuous track.
They can be loaded onto a wheel-based platform and then moved up the access ramp, meaning they do not need a crane. They can be manoeuvred independently to or from the work area or the material stockpile, as required by the needs of each site, whether quarry, mine, demolition site or recycling facility.
These machines are ideal for work at the processing plant or at the site itself.
We have a variety of jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, primary scalpers and pre-screeners, vibrating screeners, combinations of the above, etc.
Our mobile plants are particularly recommended for one-off projects, sites with strict environmental requirements, areas difficult to access, extensive elongated sites (such as trenching, roads, installation of piping, etc.), mining waste for work at the pit face, etc .
